Recovery Journey
Every recovery story is different, but the path usually follows these six stages.
- 1
Reaching Out
Recovery begins with a single call or message. You speak to a trained counsellor in complete confidence, with no pressure and no judgement. Family members can call too.
- 2
Assessment
A doctor and counsellor listen to your story, check your physical and mental health, and recommend the safest and most suitable programme.
- 3
Detox & Stabilisation
If needed, withdrawal is managed under medical supervision so your body can settle safely and comfortably.
- 4
Rehabilitation & Therapy
Daily counselling, group sessions, therapy, yoga and family sessions help you understand addiction and build a new way of living.
- 5
Relapse Prevention
You learn to recognise triggers and warning signs, and create a personal plan for high-risk moments and emergencies.
- 6
Aftercare & Community
Follow-up visits, peer groups and family guidance keep you supported as you return to work, study and relationships.
Recovery is a journey, not a straight line
Many people face setbacks along the way. A setback is not failure. It is a signal to adjust the plan and get more support, and we are here for you at every stage.
